Moono Shipping Policy

At MOONO, we offer FREE shipping on every order within the United States. Here's everything you need to know about how your order ships and arrives.

United States Only

MOONO currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders placed with non-US shipping addresses will not be processed and will be refunded in full.

Order Processing Times

We process and ship orders within 2 to 5 business days after they are placed. "Shipped" means your order has been handed off to our shipping partner and is on its way to you. During peak periods, such as holidays or new product launches, processing may take up to 3 to 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Please note that delays can occur during busy seasons, holidays, or due to courier issues. These delays are beyond our control but are typically resolved quickly.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Information

It is important to provide accurate shipping details at checkout to avoid delays or cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, we will email you within 3 business days for verification. If we don't receive a response, your order may be canceled.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@drinkmoono.com. We will do our best to update your information, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered our fulfillment queue.

We cannot issue refunds or reshipments for packages sent to incorrect addresses if we are not notified within 24 hours of order placement. Repackaging and reshipment to a corrected address is at the customer's expense.

Delayed Delivery

While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, certain situations such as bad weather, courier issues, or warehouse backlogs are beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier service directly using the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

If we encounter problems processing or shipping your order (such as address verification issues or stock delays), we will notify you right away. MOONO is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we will keep you informed and assist wherever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be if your package is lost or stolen. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is outside our control.

If your package does not arrive, contact us at hello@drinkmoono.com and we will help you locate it. We also recommend filing a claim directly with the courier. We will follow up on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the process.

MOONO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our fulfillment center, as this falls outside our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered.
