Moono Refund Policy

At MOONO, our mission is to help men reclaim the strength, drive, and recovery that the modern world has been pulling out of them. We stand behind every tub of Moono Golden Latte and offer a satisfaction-based guarantee under the conditions outlined below.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order moves into our fulfillment queue and changes may no longer be possible.

For cancellations made within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Satisfaction-Based 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We're confident in Moono Golden Latte, but if you're not completely satisfied, you're covered under the conditions below.

Because MOONO is built around ashwagandha and adaptogenic Ayurvedic roots, your body needs at least 4 to 6 weeks of consistent daily use before the full benefits show up. To be eligible for a refund, you must drink Moono Golden Latte as directed for a minimum of 30 consecutive days (one full tub) within your 90-day guarantee window. Your guarantee window starts the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Minimum 30 days of consistent use. Drink Moono Golden Latte as directed (1 scoop stirred into a warm cup of milk or coffee daily) for at least 30 consecutive days within the 90-day window from your delivery date. Skipping more than 4 non-consecutive days during this 30-day period disqualifies your refund request.

Maintain a dated usage log. Keep a daily record of your use throughout the trial (handwritten journal, notes app, or dated photo log of each day's cup). This log must be submitted with your refund request. Refund requests received without a complete and verifiable usage log will not be reviewed.

Submit your request within the guarantee window. Refund requests must be received within the 90-day guarantee window from your delivery date. Requests submitted after day 90 will not be honored.

No prior refunds. You have not previously received a refund on any MOONO order.

To begin a refund request, email hello@drinkmoono.com with your order number and a copy of your daily usage log. Our team will review your request within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued based solely on product performance and satisfaction after proper, documented use. Refunds do not apply to change of mind, personal preference unrelated to product performance, taste, scoop size, or any factor outside of our control.

Refunds are not granted for issues with shipping presentation, packaging, delivery timing, or external events.

Single Refund Per Customer

Refunds are limited to one order per customer. Repeat refund requests on subsequent orders will not be honored.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be paused or canceled at any time through your customer account. Cancellations or pauses must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid charges. Refunds for subscription orders that have already shipped fall under the same 90-day guarantee terms above.

Packaging Disclaimer

Moono Golden Latte may occasionally be shipped in alternate protective packaging due to inventory availability, supplier constraints, or periods of high order volume.

Differences in packaging, missing outer boxes, or cosmetic packaging variations do not indicate that a product is used, secondhand, defective, or unsafe.

Refunds, replacements, or chargebacks will not be approved based solely on dissatisfaction with packaging when the product itself is sealed, in-date, and fully functional. Packaging condition does not affect product performance and is not considered a defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every order to prevent damage during shipping. A damaged item is defined as a cracked tub, broken safety seal, or visibly compromised contents. Cosmetic damage to outer packaging, such as dents to a shipping box, is not considered damage if the product tub and seal are intact.

If your tub arrives damaged or with a broken safety seal, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@drinkmoono.com and include a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we'll replace the item at no additional cost.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for items damaged due to improper storage, exposure to heat or moisture, or any handling after delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Although we strive to deliver your order quickly, delays beyond our control, such as courier issues, customs, or weather conditions, may occur.

MOONO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our fulfillment center. Tracking information is provided so you can monitor your shipment.

External Circumstances

Refunds, replacements, or chargebacks will NOT be issued for claims involving:

  • Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse responses to any listed ingredient
  • Interactions with prescription or over-the-counter medications, herbal supplements, or active medical treatments
  • Pre-existing medical conditions, diagnosed or undiagnosed
  • Use during pregnancy or while nursing
  • Use by anyone under the age of 18
  • Failure to consult a healthcare provider before use
  • Any health event or outcome occurring before, during, or after use that is unrelated to a verifiable product defect

These circumstances are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer to evaluate prior to purchase.

If a customer chooses not to use the product for any reason unrelated to a verifiable defect, standard refund eligibility rules still apply.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@drinkmoono.com.

We cannot issue refunds or reshipments for packages sent to incorrect addresses if we are not notified within this time frame. Repackaging and reshipment to a corrected address is at the customer's expense.

Policy Enforcement and Chargebacks

Attempted chargebacks that violate this policy may be disputed with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation, ingredient transparency, this published policy, and any communication on file.

Fraudulent claims, repeated refund abuse, or chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in denial of future service and a permanent block from purchasing MOONO products.

Policy Changes

MOONO reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest version before purchasing or using our products.
